We use the best Chef in Kalkan, Vedat,

(if not available other Chefs just as good are used) 

which we find to be extremely professional

and efficient and the food just as good.

After having used him you will never want to cook again,

words can’t explain how fantastic and tasteful his food is.

(Our chef normally arrives at your villa about 3p.m. in order to have you meal ready by 8p.m.
If you prefer the meal can be prepared elsewhere and delivered to your villa.
Our service includes preparation and service of the meal by a waiter, AND the clearing up afterwards! 
Below are a selection of menus which we offer, but if you have any particular
requests we would be only too happy to cater to them.
We can also cater for any particular dietary requirements
e.g. gluten free, vegetarian, dairy product allegies etc.)

Classic Turkish BBQ

Starters

Selection of 6 Turkish Mezze

(1. filo pastry rolls filled with cheese & herbs,  2. yoghurt ,cucumber& garlic dip,  3. Peppers stuffed with rice spices & pinenuts,  4.haloumi cheese rocket & peach salad,  5. Herby courgette fritters,  6.Aubergine, pepper,potato & tomato salad).

Main Course

Barbequed Lamb, Chicken and Beef Meatballs

Marinated pieces of lean lamb and chicken (kebabs) and  grilled on your villa’s barbeque,  garnished with grilled peppers and tomatoes and served with Turkish Rice Pilav & Mixed Salad

Dessert

Seasonal Fresh Fruit with Ice Cream

By the end of the main course our guests are inevitably so full up that we find this a nice light and tasty end to the dinner.

Circassian chicken, in a cold creamy walnut and bread sauce  6.Baked aubergine filled with peppers,onions,garlic & tomato

Main Course

Ottoman lamb with saffron & rosewater rice pilaf

Slow-cooked lamb and tiny meatballs are flavoured with dried figs, almonds, spices and rosewater in a heady Ottoman stew.

Dessert

Baked Quince or Figs  with Ice Cream

Subject to seasonal availability . A traditional end to the dinner.

Main Course

Chicken pieces baked with potato, peppers, tomato and onion

 Pieces of chicken marinated in yoghurt and tomato puree, baked with fresh vegetables, served with bulgur wheat pilav and salad

Dessert

Local sweetwith Ice cream

A baked crumbly biscuit type sweet soaked in syrup .
