Villa Azura is located on a quiet cul de sac and has off street parking.

The large outside terrace area overlooks stunning views and boasts a wonderful private pool.

The terrace is furnished with sunbeds and parasols and there is a separate alfresco dining area.

Steps lead down from the terrace to a contemporary pebbled garden area.

There are two bedrooms on this floor, a twin room and a large double room. Both bedrooms are en-suite and have direct access to the shaded sitting/lower pebble garden area.

The main entrance leads into an open plan, large sitting room, dining area and kitchen containing a Phillips 42” Smart LED TV with Miracast and Network sharing, integral surround sound DVD player and Ipod speakers.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday.

Doors lead out to the pool terrace from the living and kitchen areas.

A bathroom is on this floor with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

There is also a separate utility room.

There are two more large double bedrooms on this floor. Both have private balconies and en-suite bathrooms.

The roof terrace is large with wonderful views of Kalamar bay and a wonderful place to watch the stars.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
