Great 4 Bed Villa……

Kalamar Villa is a 4 bedroom luxury high-quality villa located in Kalamar bay and offering some of the most stunning views in Kalkan. The villa boasts luxurious features such as a pool Jacuzzi, infinity pool, roof terrace Jacuzzi, marble floors and stairs and Siemens fitted kitchen.

The villa has a private garage located at the bottom of steps leading up to the pool and entrance to the villa. Next to the garage is a double bedroom. The bedroom is only accessed via an outdoor terrace which gives it a sense of privacy – perfect for couples in a large party or teenagers. The room is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, vanity table with mirror and a very large built in wardrobe. The marble en-suite bathroom has a large shower, WC and sink.

Stairs lead up to the pool terrace with an infinity pool and Jacuzzi (that can be used as a children’s pool) that offer absolutely breathtaking sea views. The pool terrace has six sun loungers, parasols and a sofa and two chairs. There is also a pergola covered dining area with a glass topped dining table, six chairs and a large, built in barbeque. There is a small garden area that leads to the entrance of the villa.

As you enter the villa, to the large open plan living/dining/kitchen area, you are greeted with floor to ceiling windows and sliding door that offer spectacular views of the pool and Kalamar bay. The lounge is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and modern table. The room has a flat screen satellite TV, HIFI system and provides ample shelving and storage space. There is a dining area with a granite dining table with six chairs. The Siemens fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A utility room on this floor has a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and large cupboards for storage. There is also a separate marble bathroom with WC.

Marble stairs lead to the first floor. At the top of the stairs a door leads outside to a shaded terrace area with L-shaped sofa and table. This area can also be accessed via steps leading up from the garden. There are two large bedrooms on the first floor. The twin room is furnished with two twin beds, bedside table, and a built in wardrobe with sliding doors (one door fitted with a full length mirror). Floor to ceiling windows and door provide stunning sea views and the door leads to a private balcony. The marble en-suite bathroom has WC, sink and large shower. The double bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables and a dressing area with a full length mirror and enormous built in wardrobe. Marble stairs lead to the second floor. At the top of the stairs is a storage unit with built in fridge – perfect to store drinks when relaxing on the roof terrace! A separate storage room stores the boiler. There is a master bedroom on this floor with double bed, two bedside tables and large wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with WC and the marble shower room is located separately in the bedroom. The room also has a lockable storage room. Floor to ceiling windows, again offer incredible views and a door leads out to a roof terrace with panoramic sea views. The roof terrace has a Jacuzzi and two chairs – perfect to sit back and relax.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 20% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £100-200 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 8 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 8 and 2 weeks prior departure 50% 2 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 1pm Check-out time 12am.
