I am delighted to offer these luxury apartments in the prestigious Komurluk area of Kalkan (to the east of the harbour and old town), just 150 metres back from the coastline.

The walk to Kalkan’s the harbour area (with its array of quality restaurants) will take approximately 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can access the harbour via water taxi from nearby Palm Beach Club. This beach club offers direct access to the sea via a spacious sundeck and small private beach. Sun loungers and parasols are available for hire and the beach club also has an excellent sea view restaurant.

Each of the 6 apartments offer the most spectacular uninterrupted views over Kalkan bay. There are two blocks, each housing three apartments. Each block has its own infinity pool and terrace area which is furnished with modern rattan sun-loungers and parasols. In addition, there is a BBQ area at each block (set within the gardens) featuring a shaded pergola.

The apartments are furnished in a contemporary style and feature floor to ceiling windows and glass frontages that make the most of the panoramic sea views from every angle. The views can even be enjoyed from the shower rooms! The glass used within each apartment provides privacy as those outside cannot see into the living spaces during the day time.

Block one houses apartments ground floor,first floor and second floor. Block two houses apartments ground floor,first floor and second floor.

Each apartment is set out as follows:

• Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has satellite TV and DVD player and the kitchen is equipped with cooker, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and large fridge-freezer.

• Two bedrooms (one double and one twin). The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the double has an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen TV. The twin bedroom can also be configured as a double if required.

• A separate WC is situated next to living area.

• The apartments have spacious balconies or terraces with views over the pool area and across Kalkan Bay.

• Each apartment is pretty much identical in terms of layout and decor but there may be slight variations in the colours used and the furnishings

The apartments are all fully air-conditioned

A welcome pack is provided on arrival

Cleaning and linen changes are carried out weekly, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 20% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 8 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 8 and 2 weeks prior departure 50% 2 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
