The Stone House is set above the village of Kalkan, and from every aspect offers sweeping views across the bay of Kalkan and its islands to the front and mountain views to the rear. The villa is decorated with a sophisticated mix of traditional features and contemporary designs creating a feel of ‘East meets West’. Hand-made furniture is complimented by travertine marble flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings, kilims and bespoke designed and hand made furniture provide a classically modern feel with a traditional Turkish twist.

The villa comprises 3 double air-conditioned bedrooms: two spacious Master Suites upstairs, and the third twin bedroom, located on the ground floor.

Upstairs the villa boasts vaulted ceilings – with one Master En-Suite housing a bespoke and hand made double bed , with sea and island views and feature fireplace as well as a Juliet balcony. The second Master EnSuite has its own private roof terrace, and the third twin bedroom downstairs, also with sea and island views, enjoys double doors leading to the pool terrace.

There is a fully and extensively equipped kitchen, leading to a separate lounge (with fans) and feature fireplace. Double doors off the lounge lead directly to a shaded seating area and a further shaded dining area. There are three wc/shower rooms.

A private pool, extensive patio area, and garden overlook the sea and two islands within Kalkan Bay, making this the perfect spot for relaxation.

Outside Sitting Area: (located immediately off the lounge):

2 hand-made wrought iron sofas, glass coffee table and side tables, sited within a fabric covered and curtained pergola allowing for additional shade

Shaded Dining Table: (located directly outside the kitchen):

wicker and glass dining table, seating 6 – 8 overlooking the sea. A power point is located here

Patio Area:

overlooking small garden planted with palms and to the sea and islands beyond. Outside shower area to the side of the villa, 6 sunloungers, outside barbecue and one 4m fixed metal umbrella.


2 ceiling fans, 2 wrought iron sofas, 2 free standing lamps, glass coffee table, feature fireplace, bespoke Artworks, CD & Ipod player, tape/radio cassette recorder, DVD TV, selection of books, small selection of games. All plug sockets are universal and contain USB ports.

Leading to Kitchen:

fully equipped, large fridge/freezer, water cooling machine, full sized electric oven/hob, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, glassware, picnic coolbag, cooking utensils, children’s cutlery and plates.

Downstairs Bedroom 3:

Bespoke hand made bed with build in side lights, universal plug sockets and USB ports, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table with double doors lead directly to pool terrace. Overlooks the pool and beyond to the bay and islands.

Second Bedroom Suite:

hand made double bed with bedside lights, universal plug sockets and USB ports, air conditioning, dressing table, hand made wardrobe, , hairdryer. Leads to small balcony with outside bistro table and 2 chairs. Stunning sea and island views overlooking Kalkan bay. Spacious en-suite comprises walk-in shower, sink, toilet and storage space.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
