This villa is just more than words could ever express. Breathtaking is probably the only way to describe it. It’s set on the end of a cliff in Kisla, Kalkan surrounded by rocks, every window has the most amazing view to KALKAN bay, with no obstructions anywhere.

This villa has 6 bedrooms all Ensuite, games rooms, kitchen open lounge area , own pool and jacuzzi.

The decor is to the highest standard and with all luxuries required for that magical holiday.

The villa has 3 floors, lower ground with games room, bedroom and Ensuite, ground floor with kitchen and open plan lounge, with another bedroom, first floor with with two double Delux bedrooms and Ensuite on both. 2nd floor has two bedrooms with again Ensuite.

Lower ground has a table tennis table for all of you to enjoy and cool off after a ling day n the sun.

This villa is extremely modern and very spacious and would be a shame to miss so get booking and make sure you book well in advance…..

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
