Fabulous Kalkan Rentals was formed in 2007 by Jane. The idea came from seeing many tourists in Kalkan and many of them always needing the Perfect Villa or Apartment and rental procedure via a secure and trustworthy site.

After visiting Kalkan for some years, as a tourist, Jane decided to buy a home there which she has had now for more than 17 years, with her family and has since then enjoyed many holidays in Kalkan with family and friends.

In this time she has met many local residents, including business people, some of whom are now her friends and enjoys a good working and personal relationship with.

She also runs her own business in the UK (My Nails by Jane) which has been established for for over 4 years and proven to be very successful too.

Fabulous Kalkan Rentals has now been running for over 10 years (prior to that Luxury Kalkan Rentals) and has shown to be very successful and rewarding to both Fabulous Kalkan and the clients.

We started trading in December 2007 as Luxury Kalkan Rentals but then changed names and owners in 2009 and formed Fabulous Kalkan Rentals and at present have over 150 properties on our database giving customers as much variability and choices needed on their holiday rental booking.

The advantage of our business is that we have been in Kalkan for a minimum of 10 years and are very familiar with the properties and most owners. We try and be in Kalkan for most of the summer season so that if any problems occur whilst your stay there is always help at hand. We want our customers to be happy with their choices and enjoy their holiday as much as possible.

A great advantage of our Business is even if Jane is not in Kalkan there will always be Dali our rep, who is an outstanding guy, always happy to help and speaks very good English.

Most of our properties are of a certain standard where we feel we are offering a high class of choice and we will carry on doing so for as long as we can.

As being very familiar with Kalkan and the surroundings this is where we feel able to offer a reliable and trustworthy service.
