My husband, sister & brother-in-law and myself stayed at villa .001vk at the end of June. This villa was absolutely perfect – spotlessly clean, care hamper on arrival, pool cleaned daily, loads of info on the villa itself and the resort. It is also pretty close to the town – about a 5 minute walk, perfect!
I had spoken to Jane before booking, telling her our requirments etc and the advice she gave was spot on. Booking process was easy, the pre-booked taxi was waiting for us at the airport and the driver, Ahmed, was great!!
The water tank was empty when we arrived but this was sorted out very quickly by the management company – nothing is too much trouble for them. The pool at the villa was fantastic, as was the outside eating areas and bbq.
All in all we had a wonderful time here and cannot wait to go back. We will definitely be using Jane again for our return trip.

Party of 6 adults and 4 children atayed at Villa reference 024oz – August 2011. The villa is quiet and ideally located on the edge of the old town making it a relatively easy stroll to the restaurants and gifts shops. The building itslef was clean,well equipped and well furnished. The main public rooms and all but one of the bedrooms is equipped with AC – which is definately needed during the summer. The booking process and the airport tramsfers went well and I would definately reccomend Kalkan Luxury rentals.

We stayed in villa 001jv for nearly four weeks in July/August 2011. The villa was fantastic and very family friendly too. Great location about 1km outside of Kalkan. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby too including in particular Hotel Elixir [nice bar, good food, large screen for football/sport] and Cafe Vita which we frequented a number of times and which was very affordable. The villa is part of a wider complex which also includes a shared swimming pool which includes a small children’s pool which was ideal when our kids wanted a break from the villa’s own pool. All told a very enjoyable holiday in a very nice villa which we would be happy to recommend.

2nd time of returning to Kalkan, which speaks for itself. 1st time of using KLR and slightly disappointed on a few points. No welcome pack, not enough suns beds for our party of 6, no BBQ as promised. When we asked about these to various “on site” personal no one seemed to want to take responsibility. However non of these spoilt what was a great holiday and villa. (007VV)

Although we have stayed in Kalkan several times before, this was the first time we had booked through Kalkan Luxury Rentals. On our arrival at villa 029id, we were stunned by the wonderful view over the bay from the terrace and infinity pool. The villa was very comfortable and exactly as described and the one or two short-comings were quickly resolved by Jane. We look forward to returning next year and hopefully booking through KLR.

we had a fantastic holiday in kalkan .The villa we stayed in was 021sv it slept 12 .It was gorgeous,fully equipped and the views were stunning.

Kalkan was beautiful, locals were very friendly and the food was excellent. I will be using kalkan luxury rentals again and i will highly recommend them to all of my friends.

We recently stayed in The Stone House Villa (011SH) in Kalkan. Jane at Kalkan Luxury Rentals recommended it and it most certainly did not disappoint. It was beautiful with fantastic views over the bay which could be seen whilst relaxing in the infinity pool. The pool was deep, clean and looked beautiful when lit up at night. The villa itself was furnished very attractively and we particularly like the sofas and curtains outside which were great to relax/read in the shade. The kitchen had every type of utensil, crockery and cutlery needed to self cater. We were visited by Dali and Hamza the reps who were easily accessible and helped out with a range of information including car hire which is essential as the villa is quite high up above the town of Kalkan. We liked this as it was quiet and peaceful yet only minutes from the beautiful town with its fab shops and restaurants. All in all, Stone House villa is a wonderful place to stay, the company are extremely helpful both in the UK and in Turkey and we found Kalkan so romantic that we got engaged there!!

We stayed at Palm 235 Patara Prince Resort Kalkan and this villa was absolutely fabulous. The service Kalkan luxury Rentals offered was second to none with them giving us up to date details at every opportunity. They booked us a boat trip which was really great and also booked for a chef and waiter to come into our villa one evening to cook a meal for my husband and myself. This was delightful both the food and the service absolutely great. I would certainly recommend Kalkan Luxury Rentals to friends and family and would also use them again.
