I booked Villa TLOS in Kalkan through Jane at Fabulous Kalkan Villas last year and again this year in May. Booking through Jane was very easy and the choice of stunning villas is amazing. Whether you’re loooking for a solo visit or a family of 10 or more Jane will have something suitable for you. I’ve booked another villa through Jane for August for my family and I’m certain it will be as luxurious as always. No matter what your needs are Jane will always be there to help, she even puts up with me asking the same questions over and over again as I’m a bit forgetful now I’ve hit the grand old age of 60! Our transfers from and to the airport wa arranged through Jane too and everything went smoothly. I won’t be booking future villas with anyone else.

A huge thank you to Jane, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking process. She took the time to help us find the most suitable property for our needs and was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions, both before and during our stay. Her local knowledge and personal touch made all the difference. We were so impressed with both the apartment and the level of service—we’ll definitely be booking with Fabulous Kalkan Rentals again for our next trip! Highly recommended.

Comment: We loved our day on the Whisper boat! Fabulous food and service on a beautiful boat. Staff were attentive and child-friendly, made great cocktails.
The little dog, Toffee was the star of the show, even those who don’t love dogs will love him!
They even let one of our group steer the boat!

Comment: We simply had the best time at Villa Gemelli in Kalkan. We were dazzled by the villa itself, by the stunning views which were utterly breathtaking. The decor, layout & of course the fabulous pool.
We had never visited Kalkan before, it didn’t disappoint. From the clear blue sea, friendly locals, rustic coastline & spectacular sunsets. We’ll definitely be making a return visit.
The booking process from start to finish was super smooth & everything went without a hitch.
I would highly recommend Villa Gemelli, we’ll be back!!

Comment: We got back a few weeks ago from our beautiful villa in Kalkan. Kalkan was everything and more. Having never been to Turkey, Kalkan exceeded our expectations. The villa was stunning with spectacular views.. simply breathtaking.

Comment: We had a great holiday in Villa Elia, which was in a quiet location with stunning views. We loved the infinity pool and found the villa to be well equipped and spacious.
It was near to a shop and beach clubs. We found some beach clubs/hotels also provide free transport which was a god send in the heat, as the villa is at the top of a hill! Taxis were cheap and readily available to get to the old town and we got the water taxi one day from the Kalkan beach park. Jane was really helpful in organising the trip and was able to accommodate some late changes. All in all, a fantastic holiday!

Comment: What an amazing time we had a Villa Beyli Han! The Villa was exceptional – we used both the Villa and the apartment as there were 14 of us, but it was a great size for all. It’s close enough to get to shops / bars close by , but the hills are steep both up to them and also down to the beach but manageable for most . Taxis are cheap so it wasn’t a problem for us to get to Kalkan Old Town.
The villa is so very well equipped and well maintained . Air conditioning was essential and it worked perfectly . There are villas close by not not so close that you feel hemmed in. The ice machine in the villa was a game changer !!

Jane did a great job from initial contact and throughout our holiday.

Comment: Wow what an amazing villa!! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. So well situated to the main town and lots of local restaurants and bars in easy reach. The pool was beautiful with stunning views. Villa was so well equipped with everything we needed and the manager was in easy reach if we had any questions. Jane was amazing from the moment we booked, answering all our questions so quickly and nothing was too much trouble for her. From booking our transfers to booking boat trips and giving us recommendations of where to eat and drink, we couldn’t have asked for better service. 100% would recommend luxury kalkan rentals .
