The Mulberry Collection

The Mulberry Collection is an exclusive retreat, with small individual and contemporary villas, overlooking the hillside above Kaputas beach. Extremely peaceful area with outstanding views.

The villas offer a large pool overlooking the hillside, with sun loungers and a great outside dining area.

The Mulberry Collection consists of seven three-bedroom villas each with their own private pool and a jacuzzi master bedroom suite. In addition, we have one honeymoon villa for two and two one-bedroom pool villas accommodating up to two guests.

The villas are set into a hillside location. The first four located on the top of the hillside. The remaining six are set over two levels below, all with uninterrupted views out to sea.

Upper: The Mulberry 1, 2, 3, 4.
Middle: The Mulberry 5, 6, 7.
Lower: The Mulberry 8, 9, 10.

Villa 4

The honeymoon villa is also perched at the highest point of the Mulberry Collection. Similarly, to the other villas in the collection, it is set in an idyllic spot, with far-reaching views across the Mediterranean. This intimate hideaway provides plenty of privacy and space to relax and indulge.

On entrance, there is an open plan living area complete with a well-equipped kitchen. The sliding glass doors lead onto the pool terrace and alfresco dining area.

There is also is a utility room with a washing machine and a cloakroom with w/c.

A staircase leads to the first floor, comprising of the master bedroom with Jacuzzi. The views from this spectacle are breath-taking and artfully framed by the glass windows and islands in the distance.

Ground Floor:

Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven, Gas hob, Kettle, Dinnerware for 6 people, Frying pans, Saucepans, Cutlery, etc.

Living Area: Open-plan, Sea and country hillside views
Seating group, Satellite TV (LCD), Air Conditioning, Dining table for 2, WC, leads to the pool terrace.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom (mezzanine), Sea and country hillside views
Double bed, Wardrobe, Bedside table, Vanity table, Air conditioning, Bathroom, Jacuzzi.

Check in: 16:00, Check out: 11:00

Payment Terms & Cancellations:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the accommodation rental is payable when the booking is made and the balance is due 10 weeks before arrival date. If the booking is made less than 10 weeks before the arrival date, the full balance will be due immediately.
Cancellation charge as a percentage of the rental cost; More than 70 days prior to arrival: Deposit 20%, 69-43 days 75% of the total price, 42 days or less 100% of the total price.
Amendment Policy (All Season): At any time within the cancellation period, changes in name, date or duration will result in the booking being cancelled with a new booking being required to be made subject to availability and rate at that time.
No-Show (All seasons): 100% charge on total booking without exception.
Early Departure (All Seasons): 100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advance payment, the amount will be non-refundable.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
