Ground floor:

The living room has an L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table, plus a large Smart TV, speakers and DVD player. Sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, sandwich maker, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and water cooler. There is also a dining table that seats 8 comfortably.

There is a cloakroom with WC and basin for guests’ use on this level

The ironing board and iron can be found underneath the stairs and the washing machine is in the cupboard by the front door.

First floor:

Stairs lead up to the first floor of this property where there are three bedrooms; the purple twin bedroom and the green twin bedroom share the separate shower room and a balcony with sea views. The ochre double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and sliding doors lead our to a private balcony. All rooms have a wardrobe and dressing table with chair.

Second floor:

At the top of the villa is the red master double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out to the roof terrace which has a seating area with a parasol and panoramic views of the mountains and the sea.

There is also a glass door on the landing that provides separate access to the roof terrace.

Outside the villa:

An expansive terrace wraps around the villa and this features an infinity pool with integral steps. There are 8 sun loungers with parasols and side tables spaced around the pool.

There is also a dining table with 6 chairs and a built-in BBQ for al-fresco dining.

Under a covered pergola, is a comfortable seating set with coffee table from which to enjoy the sea views.
