Villa Star 1 is located in Kalkan Ulugol region, which is set on the mountain side just a few minutes drive from Kalkan Centre.

Villa Star offers accommodation for up to 6 people with a magnificent view of the mountain side and Kalkan Coast.

There is an indoor heated pool and an outdoor one which offers you a holiday opportunity during the winter months too, allowing you to rent the property in non high season.

The living room has ample space and all the comforts of your own home, where you can relieve all the stresses of the day and then retire, if needed to the jacuzzi which is situated in the main bedroom, where again you will find great decor with comfortable surroundings.

This villa has been designed with the comfort of a holiday maker in mind, so that you are able to enjoy your time in Kalkan and also when relaxing back at the villa.

The villa has an indoor heated pool and can be activated for an extra 100 TL per day if requested

Twenty years ago, Kalkan was a small harbour town, a handful of seafood restaurants dotted on winding, cobbled lanes. Now, Kalkan is a lively holiday destination with more than 350 restaurants and bars, cute cafes and eclectic shops selling everything from diamonds and textiles to ‘designer’ handbags and football kits.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and 8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
