It has three bedrooms and the master bedroom has a triple aspect with lovely views of kalkan harbour.There are four bathrooms and all bedrooms have ensuites. There is a separate utility room on the lower floor and a separate kitchen on the upper floor leading to the roof terrace.Suitable for winter bookings as it has has central heating by way of aygaz and a working gas fire.
There is also a car port on the property in the event of someone wanting to drive to turkey and if they rent a car it can be kept off the street.
The property has balcony outside each room and there is a garden on the lower ground.
The kitchen is more than fully equipped with water cooling machine, microwave etc and large fridge freezer.
The property is fully walled and private as you can see from the pictures. Maintenance staff who tend the garden , pool on a daily basis and will also offer a mid week clean aswell.
Rentals Terms
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and 8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
