Six double bedrooms with either a balcony, terrace or sea view. Five have an ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower. All have air conditioning and spacious built in wardrobes or separate furniture. The two lower ground bedrooms are exceptionally large.

Luxury villa in the picturesque harbour town of Kalkan which sleeps 14 with a large terrace and infinity pool with spectacular views looking over the town and Mediterranean Sea.

All en-suites have a separate wc and walk in shower cubicles with the exception of one which has a jacuzzi bath.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and 8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
