The property is elegantly and modernly designed with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and two bedrooms. The property has excellent WIFI connection, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ subscriptions, security cameras and alarm system as safety measures.

• The property is fully air-conditioned.

• Pool towels and towels are provided.

• A welcome pack is not provided.

• Cleaning and linen changes are provided only on weekly basis.

• Min 7 nights of stay during the period of June-September.

• Min 5 nights of stay during the rest of the year. Cleaning fee of 50£ is applied when a reservation is less than a week.

• Security deposit is 200£ per stay. It is fully refunded if there is no damage to property.
