The villa is in a stunning location with sea views from all rooms. Overlooking Kalkan and Kalamar Bay. Each bedroom has its own balcony. There is a large terrace around the infinity edged pool. At the back of the property are olive trees and uninterrupted mountain views. There is a small green belt area in front of the property.

Bedroom 1 is a large room with double bed, bathroom and shower.
Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room.
Bedroom 3 is a separate roof terrace room with its own facilities and a seating area (ideal for teenagers who want privacy). This room has a terrace.

The three en-suite bathrooms each have shower and WC.
There is also a WC/washbasin on the ground floor.
The water is solar heated with a back-up water tank.

The villa is cleaned weekly and all towels and bedlinen are included with beach towels available too. Extra cleaning can be arranged on request. There is a safe provided for guests use.

The swimming pool is a private pool. There are 4 sunbeds and mattresses and 2 umbrellas as well as a separate three seater sofa and matching stool and coffee table. The villa itself is situated on the hillside overlooking the sea and the rooms are spacious and airy even on hot days. Just outside the kitchen door and with a view of Kalkan there is a large brick barbecue with marble worktops and sink for preparing vegetables.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
