Located in the Sarıbelen village of Kalkan, Villa Burcu is a 2 bedroom  secluded villa with capacity to host 4 persons.

It has its own private sheltered pool, ideal for those who care about their privacy.

It’s location in a cute Kalkan village surrounded by olive trees makes the Villa Burcu a great choice for nature and hiking enthusiasts. Both bedrooms have jacuzzies available to use.

The villa has a garden area which can be used to chill out in a comfortable swing or play table tennis, as well as a small playground for kids. The pool terrace has outdoor shaded dining area.

  • Min 5 nights of stay during the period of May-October.
  • Min 4 nights of stay during the rest of the year. Cleaning fee of 50£ is applied when a reservation is less than a week.
  • For stays more than two weeks, mid-stay cleaning will be provided.

Bedroom #1: Double bed, AC, wardrobe, crib, bedside table, jacuzzi, shower, WC and balcony.

Bedroom #2: Two single beds, AC, wardrobe, bedside table, shower, jacuzzi, bathroom and balcony.

Security: Security alarm system with remote controller and/or control through mobile application, security cameras overlooking the walls and entrance of the villa.

Other Facilities: WIFI connection in all floors, Netflix subscription, , washing machine, iron, garden area, BBQ area, private parking lot for a car, table tennis.

Deposits: The deposit is 100£. Unless any damage is occurred, it will be refunded at check-out.

Check-in: 16:00 —– Check-out: 10:00
