The villa is a recently built, detached property with fruit trees and well-tended gardens. It enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views over Kalkan bay which can be seen from almost every window, and any position outside the villa.Inside it is a fully equipped modern air-conditioned home-from-home. Outside it boasts a very comfortable covered seating facility with a large table and chairs to seat 6 for Al-Fresco dining, there is also a purpose-built Turkish seating area, a private swimming pool with outdoor shower facilities and terrace area with loungers, parasols, chairs and a table.The owner equipped and furnished the villa as a private holiday retreat and only recently has decided to rent it out to discerning people, and the standard of the accommodation reflects this.
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen/dining area with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, plus dishes, cutlery , pans and glasses.There is a lounge with satellite TV, DVD and an LCD television and a selection of DVDs to watch. This area is air-conditioned. There is a guest toilet with showerThere is a spiral-staircase leading to the first floor.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin. Both bedrooms have good quality en-suite facilities and independent air-conditioning units.Both rooms have a large shared balcony and sea-views. The double room has patio doors onto the balcony, the twin does not, making it safer for families with small children.There is a spiral-staircase leading to the second floor.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor has double bedroom with patio doors onto a private roof terrace with a sofa and table. There is also a suspended upholstered seat (see picture).This floor has a private bathroom with wet-room facilities and there is also a utility room with washing machine.The views from the private rooftop terrace are breathtaking!The villa is located above the town of Kalkan, which is a short walk downhill. Nearby there are an abundance of restaurants and shops to choose from. Within about 100m there is a hotel and guests of the villa are free to use the facilities there such as the pool and bar.The bus station is about 2 minutes walk away, and the the local supermarket for food etc. is about 5 minutes.Kalkan has many restaurants, some say over 100!!! along with many shops, and an abundance of narrow streets to explore.The villa enjoys fabulous views over Kalkan harbour. It is a short walk down to the town centre where you can take advantage of the many lovely restaurants and bars. The weekly market is only a short stroll away and the bus station is around a couple of minutes walk. The Samira Deluxe hotel is located only around 100m away, it is a low-key family hotel where you are welcome to use the facilitiies or just enjoy a meal.
Rentals Terms
A deposit of 20% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £100-200 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 8 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 8 and 2 weeks prior departure 50% 2 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 1pm Check-out time 12am.
