Villa Livya is a 2 bedroom villa, located in the Kördere area of highly sought-after Kalkan resort of Turkey. It has a large private pool, offering magnificent sea views of the Turquoise coast and islands surrounding Kalkan Bay and plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy Kalkan sunshine.

The villa has an simple and elegant interior design. When you enter the property, a huge, spacious and authentically built living room welcomes you with fantastic sea views seen through large windows. This floor also includes fully equipped kitchen alongside with a lovely indoor dining table for 4 people. Both bedrooms have double beds, are en-suite with AC and one of the bedrooms also has sea views to offer.

The pool terrace is accessed through large sliding doors and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to spend time and chill out. Large L-shape comfy garden furniture is very ideal to enjoy while reading a book or just relaxing in peace. This area also has 2 swing chairs and 4 sun loungers to make the best out of sea and mountain views. There is an outdoor projector curtain screen for those looking for a different experience while enjoying cool pool and hot Kalkan sun. There is a BBQ area and a small garden as well.

The property is located in Kördere area and approximately 4 km away from Kalkan center, few mins of car drive.

Last 150 meters of the road is a steep hill. There is another 3 bedroom villa (Villa Jilda) right next to it and they can be booked together for larger groups, depending on the availability.

There are small steps to villa from the main entrance near car parking area. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with comfortable couches, a flat screen TV with various streaming subscriptions and an elegant interior design accompanied by great sea views that Villa Livya can offer. Large sliding doors and windows provide access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:  Refrigerator, Microwave oven, Oven, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Gas Stove.

Living Room: Dining table for 4 persons, L-shape sofa, 4 chairs, AC, flat screen TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime & Disney+ subscriptions, PL football on TV.

Bedroom 1: 1 Double Bed, AC, nightstand, wardrobe, make-up desk, bathroom & toilet.

Bedroom 2: 1 Double Bed, AC, crib, nightstand, wardrobe, make-up desk, bathroom & toilet.

Outdoor: Private Pool, 4 sun loungers, dining table for 4, 2swing-chairs, garden area

Other Amenities: Washing machine, iron, BBQ area, highchair

Pool Dimensions: 9.00m * 3.00m * 1.55m

Minimum duration of stay is 7 days during July-August and 5 days in rest of the year.
Security deposit is 150£.
Cleaning fee is 75£ and will only be applied for reservations less than a week. A mid-stay free cleaning is provided for stays of at least 10 days.
Bathroom and pool towels are provided and new set is delivered if there will be a cleaning scheduled.
