PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Three bedroom stone villa with a private pool. Yaz Evi was recently recommended in The Times travel section.
All bedrooms have en-suite facilities with rain showers. Villa is fully air conditioned. We have a well equipped kitchen at the villa. Utility room, with washing machine etc.
This season we have added a rain shower, in the utility room. It has access to our private pool, for after swim shower.
On arrival you will receive a small welcome pack with bread milk water and eggs, some tea bags and a small instant coffee. We also provide dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, toiler rolls etc.
The Villa has a nesspresso machine and a cafetière.( please bring pods or your favorite coffee with you) The Villa is cleaned once a week.
If you should require a midweek clean, this can be arranged for you and paid directly to the management team. If you require a bigger shop, let me know and our manager can get it for your arrival. (you can pay him when you get to the villa )
Outside Yaz Evi has a Private secluded pool area with terrace screened with attractive Turkish stone walls. The terrace is furnished with outdoor sofas area a shaded eating area with a table and 6chairs.
We provide a gas BBQ or traditional stone BBQ for alfresco dining under the stars. Relax on the terrace with a glass of wine looking down at the twinkling lights and the moon reflecting on the sea below. By day, the pool area is great for swimming and sunbathing in the hot Turkish sun. Spectacular sea and mountain views.
It’s just 0.7km walk into town. Less than 15 minutes walk to the picturesque village with its roof terrace restaurants, shops, beach and harbour. Yaz Evi is perfect for whatever type of holiday you want. Fabulous fresh fruit and veg, bread and cheeses are available locally. Why not lunch around the pool or maybe call one of the local restaurants and have them deliver lunch to you. If your feeling active why not have a game of table tennis on the side patio. Maybe just sit in a shaded spot and read a good book. just some suggestions for your holiday at the Villa.
