It’s a 10-minute walk from the villa to the sea and the popular Kalamar Beach Club, a blue-flag beach with sailing, scuba-diving, water-skiing and a friendly restaurant with beautiful views. It has a very spacious, open-plan living area with an infinity pool overlooking Kalamar Bay. The bedrooms all have air conditioning and ceiling fans and the house has central heating for out-of-season use. Downstairs bedroom 6 can also be used as a study and has a built-in safe inside the wardrobe. There is cool, marble flooring throughout.

The roof terrace with traditional Turkish kosk seating area is a beautiful place to sit and watch the sun set over Kalamar Bay. At night you can peruse the heavens with the stargazer telescope.
Towels and linen are included and are changed twice a week, when the house is cleaned throughout. The pool and sun terraces are maintained on a daily basis and refuse is taken away each day. Fresh bread can be delivered every morning.
A 30%, non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with the full balance due 12 weeks before departure. We also require a £500 deposit for breakages and this will be returned one week after your departure.
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses.
