The double and twin bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and open onto a balcony with chairs and sunbeds. Downstairs the air-conditioned sitting room is a large comfortable area with sofas, armchairs, DVD/CD player and doors onto the patio.

The large kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, larder fridge/freezer, water cooler, washing machine and dishwasher.

Downstairs loo. The swimming pool (7.6m x 3.75m x 1.7m deep) forms part of the terrace with sun beds and parasols.

The pretty garden has bougainvillea, orange and lemon trees and various herbs. There is also a shaded al-fresco dining area and BBQ.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
