Built in 2017, Villa Primavera is a luxurious three-storey villa offering breathtaking sea and mountain views across Kalkan Harbour and the surrounding islands. Beautifully designed and finished to a high standard, the villa combines space, comfort, and style—perfect for a memorable Mediterranean escape.

The villa features four bedrooms (two doubles and two twins), all with en-suite shower rooms, plus two additional WCs located on the entrance and ground floors.

The spacious open-plan living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen that opens directly onto the pool terrace—ideal for alfresco dining and relaxed pre-dinner drinks. The elegant lounge sits alongside the kitchen, designed to make the most of the stunning harbour views, and offers a bright, comfortable space to unwind.

On the top floor, you’ll find two generous bedrooms, each with its own private balcony and panoramic views of Mouse and Snake Islands, Kalkan Harbour, and the village. The master bedroom is especially indulgent, featuring a jacuzzi beside the bed.

The lower floor houses the remaining two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to private garden areas furnished with casual seating. This level also includes a games area with pool table, a cinema room, a laundry room, and an additional WC.

Outside, large patio doors lead to a beautifully landscaped garden and pool terrace with eight sun loungers, a large dining table and chairs, and a barbecue area. The impressive pool includes a jacuzzi feature, as well as a separate shallow pool suitable for children or relaxing sun loungers.

The villa entrance is located at the rear of the property, where you’ll also find table tennis, a gym, and private parking for two cars, with additional on-street parking available. For peace of mind, Villa Primavera is equipped with security cameras, an alarm system, and a video entry system covering the entrance and car park.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
