Located in the Kışla region, Villa Ateş is a 4 bedrooms villa with capacity to host 8 persons.

It has its own private pool with nice view of the Kalkan Bay and Harbour.

It’s terrace is now under renovation, will be offering an outdoor bar, a jacuzzi and living spaces in the rooftop to enjoy the beautiful turquoise water of the Kalkan Bay and amazing Mediterranean sunset.

It is very closely located to the sea, just few minutes of walking to the Kalkan Beach Club and Villa Mahal Beach.

• Min 7 nights of stay during the period of May-October.
• Min 4 nights of stay during the rest of the year. Cleaning fee of 80£ is applied when a reservation is less than a week.
• For stays more than two weeks, mid-stay cleaning will be provided.

Kitchen:  Modern appliances including fridge, dish machine, cooker, microwave, oven and kettle. Dining table for 8 persons and all the necessary kitchen equipments.

Bedroom #1: Double bedroom, AC, wardrobe, crib, bedside table, shower, WC and balcony.

Bedroom #2: Double bedroom, AC, wardrobe, bedside table, shower, bathroom and balcony.

Bedroom #3: Twin bedroom (two single beds), AC, wardrobe, bedside table, shower, bathroom.

The Terrace: The rooftop is under renovation right now. By the end of May 2022, it will be offering an outdoor bar, bar stools and tables, jakuzi and living spaces. You can see the planned project’s photos in the Google drive link.

Security: Security alarm system with remote controller and/or control through mobile application, security cameras overlooking the walls and entrance of the villa.

Other Facilities: WIFI connection in all floors, Netflix subscription, Playstation, washing machine, iron, garden area, BBQ area, private parking lot for a car, table tennis.
