Villa Waterfall 2 is a striking building positioned at the top of Kalkan in the Kızıltaş area. The villa was named owing to the waterfall feature that has been incorporated into its design; flowing water cascades from the roof terrace down to the ground floor where it meets the large infinity pool.

The interior of the villa is open-plan, light and spacious. The open-plan living room and kitchen on the ground floor are flooded by light from a double-storey window which frames the view over the pool terrace perfectly.

Large sliding doors open out onto a spacious pool terrace with an infinity pool. This terrace is ideal for enjoying a BBQ with wonderful sea and mountain views and ample space is provided for dining, soaking up the sun or lounging on the swing chair.

The villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms, two of which are on the lower ground floor with access to a second pool terrace with table tennis and sunbathing area. There are three further bedrooms on the first floor at the top of a sweeping marble and iron staircase.

Outside the villa:

The living and kitchen area leads out onto a spacious main terrace featuring sunbathing areas and a private pool and Jacuzzi pool. An al-fresco dining table is provided, as are 6 sunloungers, a comfortable seating area and a swing seat.

On the lower ground floor is another terrace with second pool plus additional sunloungers and table tennis.
