It is perfect for 4-6 people. Situated on the Kalamar Road, The Apartments are an easy five minute walk to the heart of Kalkan. You can relax by the pool or enjoy a drink on your own large, private balcony as you watch the sun go down. Just 1 minute from the apartment there are restaurants and small supermarkets, so your every need can be catered for on your doorstep.

The sofa in the lounge can be turned into a double bed to accomadate an extra 2 persons

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
