This Great 2 Bed Villa is ideal for two couples wanting to spend that special holiday with the sea at their finger tips. The sea only being a 2 minute walk, with uninterrupted views from each spot of the villa. It has it’s own pool with two great double bed rooms, open plan kitchen/lounge with all the home to home utilities one might need. A great position in Kisla, near Kalkan beach club and other private beaches.
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and 8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
