This Villa stands on the hillside above Kalkan, in an open and peaceful setting. The villa has two double bedrooms (one ensuite), a twin bedroom, a large open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen and laundry room.

Take a dip in the pool or relax on the patio and enjoy views of Kalkan Bay and the Taurus Mountains. The pool is available May to October. It has no shallow end, so non-swimmers should be supervised.

Relax indoors – HD TV and DVD player with a selection of movies and Internet music, wireless broadband and books. The lounge and all bedrooms have air conditioning.

The villa has a fully fitted kitchen:- gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, an outdoor charcoal BBQ. A welcome pack is provided which includes:- bread, butter, eggs, jam, coffee, milk, beer/wine and bottled water.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning, one has an ensuite shower room and two have balconies. There is a family bathroom and downstairs WC. The Villa is cleaned twice a week, linen changed weekly, daily pool and garden maintenance.

The villa has two shaded patio areas where you can Eat and drink alfresco – watch the sun rise and set. The pool area has two large parasols and six sun loungers.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
