Great The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground Floor:

Spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen is brand new with modern appliances (including large American-style fridge-freezer with ice-maker, cooker, hob + extractor, microwave and dishwasher) and a range of high quality units with granite work surfaces. Next to the kitchen is a cloakroom. The living area has plenty of comfortable furnishing, a flat screen TV with DVD player and feature fireplace. The dining area seats 8. A double bedroom is located on this level.

First Floor:

On this level, there are three bedrooms – A double with sea view balcony and en-suite with Jacuzzi bath + separate shower. A twin with pool view balcony. A further double with balcony that has views over olive groves and gardens. These two bedrooms share a family shower room on the landing.

Second Floor:

On this level is a large storage room, together with a utility area that houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board. This level has access to a spacious roof terrace with breathtaking views over the whole of Kalkan and the sea out to Mouse + Snake islands.

Outside the villa:

The large courtyard-style pool is one of the main features of this villa as it’s secluded and private, making it suitable for Muslim families who need a high degree of privacy. The pool terrace is furnished with 8 sun-loungers. There are extensive shaded areas surrounding the pool terrace which provide welcome shade from the midday sun. These are furnished with comfortable seating and an al-fresco dining area (seating 8). A large stone-built BBQ is also provided. The villa has a gated driveway and this provides ample parking for 2-3 cars.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
