Villa Alkan is a truly luxurious new villa with an exclusive luxury designer-boutique feel. It is the ultimate architect-designed villa that exudes space and style to give the ‘wow factor’! The cool contemporary design featuring the awesome double-height open plan lounge has to be seen to be believed!. The elevated position makes the most of the panoramic views of the turquoise waters of the bay, harbour and islands of the glorious Lycian coast. The lounge leads to the huge terrace surrounding the large infinity pool and provides breathtaking views of the crystal clear sea.This terrace leads to the attractive tranquil double-terraced gardens that exude colour.
There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols around the pool as well as plenty of places to relax. For relaxation there is also an enormous roof terrace to watch the sun go down with cocktails and even a games room complete with snooker table, table tennis TV and gym equipment. There is something for everyone whatever the time of day!

The interior is exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed and offers a sense of calm and sophistication and of course is fully air-conditioned throughout. All floors are travertine.

Living Room: The open-plan living room is the ultimate place for relaxation. It has hotel style luxury space with 20 foot high ceilings, huge comfy sofas, a fabulous kitchen and a sophisticated dining area that leads the eye to the sea and the islands. It’s a great place to relax, or party the night away with friends and family.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with designer fittings, travertine walls and floors and private balcony with plenty of wardrobe space and the large rooms have uninterrupted sea views. The first floor main bedrooms have a gallery view over the glass walls of the living room.

On arrival a member of the management team will meet you on request and help with any queries. The villa has a large infinity swimming pool which may not be suitable for very young children. Children are very welcome but careful supervision is needed as there is open access to the swimming pool. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool. There are a couple of rules: The villa is no smoking so smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Walking or climbing along the front edge of the infinity pool is not allowed..

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
