Villa Azure Duo, Located in the Üzümlü Village of Kalkan, which welcomes its guests with its clean air and nature view, our villa has 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people.

Our villa, whose construction was completed in July 2020, is decorated with modern and high quality items. In the large garden of our villa, there is a pool, sun loungers, a sitting corner, a dining table and a barbecue area. There is a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms of our villa, which has been carefully decorated with all your needs in mind during the holiday.

Villa Azure Duo is an ideal choice for large families and groups of friends.

Kitchen: In the modern style American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room of the bright and spacious Villa Azure Duo has a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Downstairs there is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. It is on the second floor.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. It is on the second floor.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. It is on the ground floor.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters X 3.50 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
