Villa Canim (sweetheart!) is superbly located in a lower corner of Komurluk, one of the most exclusive areas of Kalkan. This large, unique villa is renowned locally for its unobstructed views of Kalkan harbour and Snake and Mouse Islands. It is beautifully landscaped over 4 levels, with mature trees and gardens, and the town centre and several public beach clubs are just minutes away, by foot.

GardenThere is a private swimming pool in the garden, sun beds, sun umbrellas, seating group, hammock, BBQ.

Important informationPool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. There are Wi-Fi wireless internet, mini cinema room, game room. In the Villa Canım there is a light, ironing table, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage DepositionBroken, loose, wasted, etc. A deposit of 500 GBP is taken at the entrance and if there is no problem, the fee is returned at the villa exit.

General note:All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs, It is more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
