Stairs access only.You’ll find an open plan kitchen / dining and comfortable luxury lounge area and a balcony with amazing views of Kalkan.1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and a balcony, wc/shower unit situated on this floor. In the kitchen there are enough cooking equipments for 6, dining table and chairs, fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, cooker and oven, toaster, kettle and microwave. The sofa in the lounge can be turned into a double bed to accomadate an extra 2 persons
2nd Floor
1 large bedroom with a double bed and with plenty storage space, wc and shower and a terrace where you will have unforgetable moments in the moonlight and you will never have enough of the amazing Kalkan Bay scenary. A swimming pool shared by 4 apartments, 4.5 mtrs to 9 mtrs size, sun
loungers and parasols. All rooms air conditioned, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, sheets and clothes airer suplied.TV and satillite services.No pets and no wheel chair access. Smoking allowed only on the balconies.Twice weekly cleaning.
Rentals Terms
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and 8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
