• Rooftop large stunning Queen bed with small toilet shared with smaller top room
• 1 Smaller bedroom with a double bed
• Large roof top balcony running from one side to the other of the villa with stunning views of Kalamar and Kalkan Bay

All rooms are beautifully furnished to a high standard to add to your comfort with air-conditioning throughout.

Outside Area

The Villa has a great Ottoman Area outside (self contained flat) overlooking the pool, which can be used as a separate self  apartment, with its own bathroom and shower, sofa bed with sliding doors opening onto the patio and pool.

This Villa has that special relaxing homely feel needed when you are on your holiday.

It also offers you the chance to play various board games, table tennis or even darts under a sheltered area over the left side of the villa with large seating areas.

The villa which has spectacular views of Kalkan Bay and Kalamar Bay is set just off the Kalamar road only a 2 minute car ride to Kalamar Bay

The pool is a great size with walk in steps and infinity style and is also offers a side jacuzzi over-looking  the bay and beautiful sunset.

New this is year is also a floating double sunbed within the pool with a thick comfortable cushion for your and your family or friends to enjoy.

Unlimited WiFi available. If enjoy a great coffee we have also a Tassimo machine at the villa but pls bring capsules from UK as it’s hard to buy them in Kalkan…

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £350-500 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
