This is a lovey detached villa with uninterrupted views over Kalkan Bay and the Taurus Mountains. Kisla is a peaceful, residential area on the outskirts of Kalkan, 3 km from the town centre, a pleasant walk or you can take the regular local ferry from Kalkan Beach Club to Kalkan Town for a small charge. Kalkan Beach Club is a 5 minute walk down the hill from the Villa and has all expected amenities including a cafe, restaurant and bar. Sun-beds and parasols are readily available. A few metres away from the Villa is a corner shop for daily essentials and Bobs Restaurant which is highly recommended. Kalkan is a charming town with a great choice of bars and restaurants, offering a huge range of food from traditional Turkish to contemporary European cuisine. There are numerous taxis available and daily excursions run from the town centre to local places interest. There are 5 Beach clubs with sun-beds, parasols and cafe. Patara beach is a short distance away, it’s sandy and 8kms.

Linen and towels are included, plus pool and beach towels. A weekly clean, mid-week an extra cost, but towels changed on request. The pool and patio cleaned daily. A welcome pack with tea. coffee, sugar , wine, beer, soft drinks, bread, butter, etc.

The villa has terraces on all levels. There is plenty of space for parking.
Steps to the upper terrace and private pool with Roman steps for easy access. There are sunbeds, swing seat, parasol and inflatables. The pool is not overlooked the nearest neighbour is 500 mtrs. away.
Please note the pool is used at your own risk and young children must be supervised at all times. On the main terrace is table, chairs etc and a gas BBQ.

Around the oval swimming pool on the upper terrace there are comfortable sun loungers, a swing seat, 2 parasols and a shower. There is easy access to the pool via fully tiled Roman Steps.
The villa has a large garden behind the property with numerous trees including lemons and a variety of plants and shrubs etc.
The secluded pool area has stunning views over Kalkan bay and the Taurus Mountains.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
