Outside there are numerous sitting and dining areas – with the main dining table shaded by a pergola. Relaxing by the private pool and jacuzzi is taken care of with eight padded sun loungers, tables and umbrellas, while for those looking for a little more exercise the villa has table tennis and table football. If you can prise yourself away from the sun terrace and pine-shaded gardens rural Islamlar village, with its famous trout restaurants, is just 1km away, iconic Patara beach is 15km, and the pretty harbour town of Kalkan is just 6km.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 8 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 8 and 2 weeks prior departure 50% 2 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
