Villa Jamandutania is a 4 bedroom detached villa set in a stunning Komurluk location with panoramic sea views, just a 10 minute walk from Kalkan’s Old Town. The property boasts a large private pool and mature gardens overlooking the harbour, as well as offering a degree of privacy for lazy days spent soaking up the sun. Sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 double rooms.

KitchenThe kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, oven,cooker, microwave, kettle,toaster, dining table for 7, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, cups.

PoolThe pool measures 14mx5m and the depth is 1.40-2.00m. The pool is covered with curtain system and does not appear from the outside.

GardenThere is a private swimming pool in the garden,sunbeds,sun umbrellas,table and chairs,seating groups, stone BBQ.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the price. In Villa Jamandutania there is Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hot tub, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage deposit Damage, loss, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 500 Turkish Liras is accepted at the entrance. If there is no problem like broken, damaged or missing, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa.

General note All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
