The well maintained landscaped garden has a large 9x4m private swimming pool and sun terrace as well as grassed area with a range of tropical and indigenous plants.

Towels and linen are provided, although we would request you to bring your own beach towels. Linen change once a week.
The villa owners have added a fence around the pool for children’s safety with 2 lockable gates for access.
The villa has off road parking and beautifully landscaped gardens with outside lighting. The pool is 9x4m with underwater lighting. Sun loungers, table and chairs and large parasol and outside seating area.
Rentals Terms
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and 8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
