With stunning views over Kalkan bay it is the perfect place to unwind and relax in the sunshine. With free wireless internet connection and full air conditioning it is a real 5 minute walk from the nearest shops and supermarket and 10 minutes to the heart of the old town and the beach.

A luxury villa in an enviable location just behind the Elite Apartments (formerly Elite Hotel) and the Kalkan Thursday market with spectacular views over Kalkan Bay and yet very quiet and peaceful.

It has full air conditioning throughout with a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms with ensuite, a full shower room downstairs and a full bathroom shared by the two bedrooms on the second floor. All the bedrooms share the same stunning views of Kalkan bay.

It has its own private pool with large patio/sun terrace area and garden laid to lawn with shrubs and trees and 2 hammocks for gently snoozes in the sunshine. Newly finished in 2009 is a shaded Ottoman seating area on the very top terrace with 4 comfy lounging sofas where you can enjoy a peaceful drink and take in the stunning views of the town and bay. There is also a built in barbeque for you to cook your meal whilst soaking up the atmosphere – you can cook your freshly bought fish whilst sipping a cool beer and enjoying the sun setting over Kalkan bay.

The fully fitted kitchen comes with gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. There is sufficient cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils for 10 people.

The living area has a fireplace, just in case the evening gets chilly, a three seater sofa bed, a two seater sofa and two armchairs and TV, DVD and stereo music system (with a selection of DVD’s and CDs) and free wireless internet connection – just bring your laptop! Bedroom 1 is on the first floor with en suite bathroom with wc, basin and shower over a full-sized bath. It has stunning views from the large picture windows over Kalkan Bay and access to a large balcony.

Bedroom 2 is on the first floor with en suite bathroom with wc, basin and shower over a full-sized bath. It has stunning views and access to a large balcony.

Bedroom 3 is on the second floor king size bed with En-suite.

Bedroom 4 is on the second floor with two single beds with an adjacent bathroom comprising wc, basin and shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 access a fully shaded Ottoman seating area (newly finished in 2009)on the very top terrace with 4 comfy lounging sofas where you can enjoy a peaceful drink and take in the stunning views of the town and bay. There is also a built in barbeque for you to cook your meal whilst soaking up the atmosphere – you can cook your freshly bought fish whilst sipping a cool beer and enjoying the sun setting over Kalkan bay.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
