In a very tranquil location, it is just 2 minutes from the small but well stocked corner shop –and some 10 minutes walk from Kalkan town and harbour, with its pretty pebble beach and gorgeous restaurants. The sea views to both sides are absolutely breathtaking and the apartment is also framed by the mountains behind.
It is on the first floor of a small and select, privately owned complex of 15 apartments. The site has friendly staff on hand to assist you with your needs at any time, plus 24 hour security. Apartment has 2 bedrooms: a master en-suite and a twin bedded room. The apartment has been furnished to the highest standards with marble flooring, air conditioning and mosquito screens fitted throughout.
Glorious sea views of both Kalamar and Kalkan Bays can be enjoyed from both your own private large terrace and the swimming pool area.
Apartment is non-smoking in all areas. There is private parking directly in front of the complex. Sole use of sun loungers and umbrella for Apartment guests.
Rentals Terms
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and 8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
