Likya Gardens is an exclusive boutique hotel with an astonishing location, overlooking the bay of Kalkan. The stunning, quiet waterfront location is ideal for couples looking for a high calibre and exclusive escape. There are 9 spacious suites – seven of which enjoy a private swimming pool and also the additional luxury of a private cabana at the Beach Club, which hugs the shore below.

The property is reached via a small coastal lane from Kalkan harbour and has a secluded position overlooking the sea, yet it is still possible to walk into the main part of town. The boutique hotel is spread across the hillside and offers the opportunity to relax either by the pool or by the sea, with an attentive and discreet service provided by hotel staff.

The main building houses six of the spacious suites which are situated over three floors. The suites all offer stunning sea views with arguably the best panoramas found in the Penthouse, on the top floor. In addition, there are 3 Thai-style suites hidden away in the gardens.

From all guests have just a short amble out onto the terrace, to enjoy a leisurely breakfast which can be taken throughout the morning while enjoying the most dramatic of waterfront settings.

Pretty steps lead down from here to the waterfront below where there are private cabanas – for seven suites and private beach platforms for two – to enjoy the beachfront in utter seclusion.

Airy and light, with white walls have and streaks of colour, there are traditional furnishings with a mix of antiques from vanity desks to chaise-longs. Four-poster beds are draped in linen and marble bathrooms have large drench showers and or roll-top baths which are the perfect way to imbibe the deep blue sea. Naturally, both inside and out the sea views are simply extraordinary.

Patara Suite

Patara epitomises the laid back, cotton house vibe of The Likya Gardens.  It is unquestionably one of the most romantic suites in the hotel. The outside space provides plenty of cosy corners to relax and renew in comfort. Beautiful decked terraces extend on two sides of the suite and surround the huge swimming pool, glorious sea vistas are enjoyed from virtually every aspect.

The enormous double-bedded suite has a private pool terrace with far-reaching sea views. Enveloped by established gardens, this private decked area is a wonderfully secluded spot for rest and relaxation. Surrounded by lush gardens and decking this private space is yours alone to enjoy.
