This six bedroom creation on almost four floors with wall to wall picture windows. Villa Lumineux is a new creation proudly inviting the fantastic colours of Mediterranean to penetrate the already highly tasteful decor. No one wants to cook on holiday but the setting and layout of the kitchen is so tempting that guests will want to practice their chef skills. Days can be spent just gazing out of the picture windows designed to use the uninterrupted panorama as a backdrop not unlike a film set.

4. Bedroom:Air-conditioned suite with sea view. The bedroom has a 1 double bed,bedside table,wardrobe,make-up table, bathroom and toilet, balcony.

5. Bedroom:Air-conditioned suite with sea view. Bedroom has a 1 double bed, wardrobe, Make-up table, bedside table, bathroom and toilet, balcony.

6. Bedroom:Air-conditioned room with sea view and King suit. The bedroom has a make up table,bedside table, wardrobe,King Size Bed,Jacuzzi Bath, a bathroom and toilet, and a balcony.

The living room of the Villa Lumineux is spacious with sea view. There is a seating group in the flat, a satellite receiver, LCD TV, DVD player, music system, modem for internet. There is an exit on the side of the pool.

The Kitchen of the Villa Lumineux is modern American kitchen. The kitchen has microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle,cooker, cookware for 12 people, spoon and cutlery, pots and pans, cups .

Pool The size of the private swimming pool is 10 m. Width is 4 m. Depth: 1,6 meters.Pool side privacy. There is a sun terrace. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day morning or evening.

Garden Villa Lumineux has a private swimming pool, sun umbrellas, sunbathing area, sun beds,garden dining table and chairs,BBQ.

Other features  Jacuzzi, Wi-Fi wireless internet. All rooms have air-conditioner. There are security cameras, 24 hour security cameras, parking area, alarm system, locked safe in Villa Luminuex.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is no charge for the rent. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices.

Damage Deposit A £350 security deposit is required upon arrival, this will be returned within check-out when the villa is left in the same condition as when you arrived.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs, It is more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
