Aqua Marine sleeps 13, having six double bedrooms (one of which is a twin). All bedrooms have exquisitely appointed en-suite marble and ceramic wet rooms.The living space throughout is a luxurious mix of modern and traditional furnishings spread over three levels.


The entrance to Villa Aqua Marine opens onto a spacious open plan area containing a well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. There is also a breakfast bar and beyond a comfortable living area with modern TV, DVD and CD player. This leads to a beautiful indoor dining area. The whole of the downstairs has floor to ceiling windows or French doors opening onto the terraces at this level including the pool terrace with ample sun beds and parasols. The outside dining area which also has a BBQ area is situated on this level also.
Also situated on this level is the ground floor bedroom with large double bed and French door opening onto the pool terrace.
Accessed from the pool terrace (but adjoining the house) is our stunning poolside room with king plus bed. This room is also large enough to accommodate a single bed as well should it be needed.


There are three bedrooms on this level (two of which have their own large balconies with additional seating and sun beds). Two of the bedrooms have large double beds and one is a twin bedded room. There is also a beautiful spacious balcony area accessed from the landing area.


The lower level houses the lower terrace bedroom with large double bed, separate WC and en-suite wet room.
Next to the bedroom on this level is a games room with pool table, darts and table tennis.
A new addition to the villa is our extensive terrace at this level with a large and beautifully shaded Ottoman seating area. Adjacent to this is a bar area with sink and fridge facilities; also shaded. This terrace offers additional sun beds and jacuzzi to sit and enjoy the stunning view out to sea.


Our roof terrace now offers a further bar area with fridge and sink unit as well as a stunning shady area to sit and watch the sunset or star gaze. We’ve added a telescope to add to our guest enjoyment of the nights sky.

Owners Conditions

A damage deposit of £300 will be required at the time of paying the final balance to cover any breakages or damage.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
