The house is a privately owned, 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom luxury villa situated in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan, a beautiful unspoilt Mediterranean style village set along the Turkish Lycian coast. This Villa is situated just a 5 to 10 minute stroll from the local beach club with its restaurant and water sports facilities and a 20 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan. This exquisite, contemporary-style villa fully exploits its stunning position with undisturbed views stretching out across the bay. The fully retractable floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow the outside in and create a magnificent atmosphere of light, air and space.
The house has an extremely large outside pool terrace (140m2) with both a shaded dining and comfortable seating area as well as sun-loungers, a stone BBQ, and table tennis.
The infinity pool and infinity jacuzzi provide lounging, swimming and playing. In the evening, try sipping A bespoke 30m2 contemporary kitchen with marble surfaces has been kitted out with an American style fridge, wine fridge, dishwasher, water cooler and separate utility room with washing machine and sink. A telephone is provided for local calls to restaurants or for taxis. in the Jacuzzi as the sun goes down behind the olive groves.
All 5 bedrooms (3 double, 2 twin) have impressive sea views with private balconies and air-conditioning. They all have ample fitted wardrobes and drawers and are equipped with a hairdryer.
On the ground floor, there is a twin room with private access to the pool terrace and separate shower room.
On the first floor there are two Master bedrooms (27m2 and 24m2), each with Superking size bed and their own en-suite walk-in shower rooms and one with an additional bath with overhead shower. Both Master bedrooms have fully retractable floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to private balconies with spectacular views. A further twin room with en-suite walk in shower and private balcony can be found on this floor.
On the top floor, a large bedroom with king-size bed with access to the romantic roof terrace and separate shower room, allowing a degree of seclusion and a wonderful place to enjoy the tranquil morning sun. The top floor is also equipped with a fridge and sink, for easy access to cold sun-downers!
The ground floor has a large and airy open plan living room, complete with open fireplace, TV and DVD player, Bose sound dock for your I-Pod, together with wireless internet connection.
Brand new games room has just been furnished, with pool table, WII games, TV and an extra shower room, for those long days in the games room.
Swimming pool heating £400 per week.
Jacuzzi heating £125 per week.
Prices quoted are per week, for up to 10 guests.
The rental price of the villa includes a daily bin and kitchen cleaning service with a full cleaning, linen and towel change every 3 or 4 days. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis. If your holiday dates span two price brackets (eg: last week September, first week October), the rental rate will be calculated on a daily basis.
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and 8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
