Pebbled pathways stretch away from the villa and lead down to the largest private waterfront in Kalkan. A generous alfresco dining terrace awaits where a glorious Mediterranean breakfast is served daily. Below are comfortably furnished platforms and ladders lead into the inky blue sea.

Useful information

Please note we welcome all Guests, 4 of the bedrooms are accessed via an external staircase and cannot be accessed internally. The steps to the waterfront are gentle but plentiful.

A steep drive leads from the Kisla lower road to the designated parking area and entrance.

Entrance to the main house is via tiered steps through the rear garden terraces.

Due to the hillside location, entry into Mavi Koy is on the first level. The front door opens into a large enclosed entrance hall, leading into the enormous open plan living area. This vast space comprises of an open plan sitting-dining area and kitchen together with a shower, W/C. Two sets of floor to ceiling glass windows lead, onto the Pool terrace and alfresco dining veranda.

Second Floor

Internal steps lead from the first floor to the master and second master bedrooms. Both are extremely spacious with king size beds and en-suite shower w/c facilities. The master also benefits from a jacuzzi bath and large picture window. The master bedrooms share a large balcony with glorious views out to sea.

Bedroom 1: Master Double 40 sq. metres, large king size double- sleeps 2. South facing, sea and mountain views.

Bedroom 2: Second Master Double 35 sq. metres, large king size double- sleeps 2. South facing, sea and mountain views.

Ground Floor

A grand external staircase leads from the first-floor pool terraces to the ground floor gardens and a marble pergola with uninterrupted sea views. The sixth bedroom is tucked in this quiet corner of the property and is extremely large. The air-conditioned gym is located a short stroll from this room and is equipped with some free weights and a treadmill.

Bedroom 6: 35 sq. metres twin- sleeps 2. South facing, sea and mountain views.

The further three bedrooms are situated below the main house, access is via an external path within the garden. Each of the bedrooms are spacious with en suite shower w/c. They all open onto a comfortable large furnished terrace with a jacuzzi and magnificent views out to sea.

Beyond the jacuzzi terrace a further path meanders through the extensive grounds to the remarkable private waterfront.

The Private Waterfront

The private beach platform is multi layered and is equivalent in size to any of Kalkan’s public beach clubs- this luxury is unavailable anywhere else in Turkey!

There are shower and WC facilities at the top of the platforms. The next level houses a kitchen and bbq terrace allowing Guests to enjoy day to night without having to leave the vicinity.

Below the alfresco dining terrace there are comfortable day beds and cushions together with parasols. Two complimentary sea kayaks are provided during your stay, for those seeking additional water sports a telephone number is provided in the property and the local company will be pleased to offer a pick up and drop off service.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
