We are thrilled to present ‘Memories’ at Eagle’s Nest Apartments!

“Memories” is a luxurious one-bed, one-bath apartment located in Kisla, Kalkan.

Attractively designed and decorated, our apartment houses two people and is located next to Patara Club and just above the famous hotel, Villa Mahal.

‘Memories’ offers incredible views across Kalkan Bay and has its own private outdoor seating area and access.

Like all apartments at Eagle’s Nest, guests at ‘Memories’ are welcome to use the large shared pool and terrace for leisure and outdoor activities.

Our apartment is fifty meters above the shoreline and five minutes away from Kalkan Old Town and Marina by car (25-minute walking distance). Road taxis are readily available via WhatsApp; alternatively, guests can use Mahal Beach Club’s boat taxis throughout the day.

While the public beach in Kalkan offers crystal clear waters and enjoyment, our apartment is also very close to several famous beach clubs – Zest, Patara, and Mahal beach clubs.

The accommodation layout is as follows:

To enter the home, guests can travel through the outdoor seating area via a secluded stone passageway. This passageway leads to the apartment’s glass entrance door, giving direct access to the living area.

Inside, guests can see a newly refurbished home designed with state-of-the-art architecture and furniture.

The living room has a three-person sofa and a spacious armchair. A unique coffee table centers the seating area, and a large A/C unit is available for use.

Adjacent to the living area, guests can find the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, washing machine, electric stove, sink, sandwich toaster, and filter coffee machine. A two-person dining table is also available.

The bathroom is located behind the kitchen. Designed with unique marble, guests can find themselves inside a spacious, well-equipped bathroom.

The bedroom is located across the living room area. A large king-size bed and wardrobe can be found through the sliding doors. This room is spacious yet cozy enough for two people to relax and enjoy their time in Kalkan.

Important points to note:

• WiFi internet access is provided.
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival.
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use.
• A hairdryer is provided in the bedroom.
• The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
• A full clean and linen change is carried out every week (so if staying for two weeks, a full mid-stay clean with linen + towel change is provided. If staying for one week, there is no clean)
• Private parking is available at the main entrance to the Eagle’s Nest development. Alternatively, guests can park on the private access road in front of the apartment.
• BBQ grills are available in the communal pool area or in the “Memories” private, stone seating area.
