Villa Montana

Villa Montana is the latest addition to our villa collection in Kalkan (May 2014). This amazing architecturally designed villa is set in an idyllic location overlooking the village of Kalkan. The detailed design provides stunning indoor and outdoor space using the very best natural materials available (travertine & marble).

We have Four, King Size – En-Suite Bedrooms, One of the king size bedrooms has a large jacuzzi bath, two have L.E.D TV’s & private balconies. The Three Large Twin En-Suite Bedrooms all have large balconies and great sea views.

Down stairs offers ultra modern & comfortable space, enhanced by full air conditioning & fast unlimited WIFI. We have a massive double lounge area with sliding doors to the pool terrace. Along with a huge fully fitted kitchen and dinning area also with sliding doors onto the pool terrace.

The outside space is extremely well designed with a swimming pool (15x5m),(1,50m deep) 12 sun-beds & ample umbrellas. A table to seat 14 with a huge umbrella will provide you with welcome shade during the summer. We have a very large, specially made BBQ which can be used by the pool side or in the garden full of scented flowers & fruit trees creating a fantastic area for dining. There is also a bar area by the pool side.

2. Bedroom: 1st floor, air-conditioned suite with sea view. Bedroom includes twin beds,bedside table,wardrobe,make-up table, bathroom and toilet, balcony.

3. Bedroom: 1st floor, air-conditioned suite with sea view. Bedroom includes twin beds,bedside table,wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet,balcony.

4. Bedroom: 1st floor, air-conditioned suite with sea view. The bedroom has a french bed,bedside table,wardrobe,make-up table, bathroom and toilet, balcony.

5. Bedroom: 2nd floor, air-conditioned suite with sea view. Bedroom has french bed, wardrobe,LCD TV., Make-up table, bedside table, bathroom and toilet, balcony.

6. Bedroom: 2nd floor, air-conditioned room with sea view and young suit. The bedroom has a make up table,bedside table, wardrobe,twin beds, a bathroom and toilet, and a balcony.

7. Bedroom: 2nd Floor Air-conditioned suite with sea view. The bedroom has a french bed,bedside table,wardrobe,make-up table, bathroom and toilet, balcony.

The bedrooms have clean rooms and all are air-conditioned.

All bedrooms have hairdryers. This is the only beach towel to be used in the pool to accommodate our villas.
The living room of the Villa Montana is spacious with sea view. There is a seating group in the flat, a satellite receiver, LCD TV, DVD player, music system, modem for internet. There is an exit on the side of the pool. There is also a bathroom and a laundry room.

The kitchen of the Villa Montana is modern American kitchen. The kitchen has microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle,cooker, cookware for 14 people, spoon and cutlery, pots and pans, cups .

Pool The size of the private swimming pool is 15m. Width is 5 m. Depth: 1,5 meters. There is a sun terrace. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day morning or evening.

Garden Villa Montana has a private swimming pool, sun umbrellas, sunbathing area, sun beds,garden dining table and chairs,BBQ.

Other features include Billiard Table, Table Tennis, Fitness & Gym Area, Mini Cinema, Mini Bar, Professional Sound System, Steam Sauna, Jacuzzi, Wi-Fi wireless internet. All rooms have air-conditioner. There are security cameras, 24 hour security cameras, parking area, alarm system, locked safe in villa Montana.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is no charge for the rent. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices.

Damage Deposit A £350 security deposit is required upon arrival, this will be returned within check-out when the villa is left in the same condition as when you arrived.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs, It is more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
