Villa Narnia is an exclusive villa over four floors, with three double bedrooms, four bath/shower rooms (three en-suite) and four terraces overlooking the private pool, terraced garden and picturesque bay, with a canopied seating area facing the beautiful steep hillsides over Kalkan. We have tried to provide everything in our villa to make your holiday an enjoyable one.
On the ground level, with kitchen leading to the pool:
  • Fully equipped, air-conditioned kitchen, with everything we could imagine including an espresso machine.
  • A Welcome Pack is supplied, with essentials to get you started.
  • An Ottoman-style seating area with with an extendable table and a high-quality Bluetooth-enabled loudspeaker.Terrace and dining area leading to the pool
  • A large al-fresco dining area with antique marble-tiled table, overlooking the pool and with panoramic views of Kalkan.
  • The large private swimming pool, with an environmentally friendly copper filter that enables natural low-chemical bathing all day long.
  • Large sun terraces leading to the private swimming pool and terraced garden, with ample sun beds, parasols, chairs and quiet ‘tented’ corner.
  • A shower room for use before and after the pool.
On the first floor:
  • An extremely spacious air-conditioned lounge with with bluetooth compatible hifi stereo system and large with large panorama windows including fly nets leading on to a terrace with Lloyd-loom armchairs and coffee table.
  • Study area and additional sofa.
  • Entrance Hall and separate W.C. and washroom.
On the second floor:
  • Spacious master bedroom with unique circular design and contemporary furniture, with ensuite shower room, library, Bluetooth speaker and large French windows leading to terrace with sun bed and seating.
  • Further double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, ensuite shower room and French windows leading to terrace with seating.
On the top floor:
  • Large double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, ensuite shower room and French windows leading to large terrace with magnificent views over both Kalkan and Kalamar bays.
General:
  • All terraces overlook the pool and garden and enjoy a panoramic view of the port and bay of Kalkan and the hillsides of the Toros Mountains.
  • All rooms are air conditioned.
  • The villa will be cleaned on a light basis every day, with a full clean and linen and towel change twice a week.
  • The gardener will visit daily to tend to the pool, gardens and water the plants.
  • Fly screens are fitted to all windows.
  • Washing machine in own laundry room.
  • There are large airers for drying swimwear and towels by the pool and on the bedroom terraces.
Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
