Falling in love with Islamlar

After deciding this was the area it was then a matter of deciding the exact spot to build the villa of our dreams, we looked and many places in and around Kalkan but didn’t want to be too close to neighbours or overlooked or have much noise and we wanted a stunning sea view etc. When we visited the small village of islamlar just up in the hills from Kalkan one day to visit one of the renowned fresh water trout restaurants we thought this is perfect, it has fantastic views down the valley to the sea and islands below and it has space and privacy and is very peaceful (often only hearing the farmers chickens and goats) hence the name villa tranquillity.  The village has the convenience of local restaurants and stores and is set in a scenic lush green valley of grapes and olive farming and with cosmopolitan Kalkan only 5 minutes down the hill, all so perfect.

Set in a quite and peaceful hillside location with private terraced gardens villa Tranquillity has been tastefully furnished and provides a superb base for your vacation.

This large and spacious private villa comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 full size bedrooms (3 Doubles & 3 twins) with 4 en suites & 1 wet-room with WC.

Every room of the villa has magnificent sea, valley or mountain views, there is a huge lounge and dinning area with panoramic views and walk around covered terrace overlooking the sun terrace, pool and gardens for shade breeze and more views.

A lovely beamed kitchen complete with Bosch appliances, and utility room with Bosch washing machine and ironing area.

Outside a large sun terrace by the pool for lazing the day away, giant 15mt x 6mt freshwater swimming pool. Beautiful landscaped gardens with many different private areas, mature tree’s and plants. Lower terrace fruit garden with tree swung hammocks for peaceful snoozing or reading away from the kids splashing in the pool.

A massive very private roof terrace with breathtaking views ideal for naturists. At night you can almost touch the stars (a telescope is also available.) The roof terrace provides the perfect setting for a night cap.

We also have 2 small camp beds available if required.
