Inside this fully air-conditioned villa there are 4 double bedrooms, 4 large bathrooms, including a jacuzzi bath in the master en-suite, a fully-fitted kitchen, spacious lounge, laundry room and a furnished roof terrace for enjoying drinks during the day and watching the sunset of an evening.

Two of the bedrooms have their own large balconies furnished with tables and chairs, and all rooms have sea views. Outside, this villa is also designed for comfort with a good-sized private pool, pool shower, sun terrace furnished with wooden loungers and umbrellas, BBQ, dining area, and an attractive garden that affords natural shade. Situated in a peaceful location, it has unrestricted views across the turquoise-coloured bay, yet its less than 10 minutes stroll to Kalkan town, harbour and beach.

This villa comes highly recommended.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 with super king-sized bed, en-suite and private balcony. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, en-suite and private balcony. Bedroom 3 with twin beds and access to the roof terrace, Bedroom 4 en-suite.

Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 with jacuzzi, shower and WC. En-suite to bedroom 2 with bath, shower and WC. Bathroom with large walk-in shower and WC.

Kitchen:

The modern kitchen has a granite worktop and breakfast bar and is fully equipped with fan oven, fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle plus utensils, glasses, cutlery and crockery. .

Utility Room:

The utility room has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes dryer.

Living Rooms:

The spacious open-plan living room has a 3-seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, rug, dining table, attractive fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, and patio doors to both the pool, terrace and garden, all affording fabulous views of the bay and mountains.

Other:

Two of the bedrooms have large private balconies furnished with tables and chairs, and the large roof terrace is furnished with a sofa, armchairs and marble table.

In addition we have Turkish bath, sauna, billiards and table tennis have been added in the game room.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and bed linen (not beach towels) are included and changed weekly when the villa is cleaned throughout. Guests receive a welcome hamper on arrival.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
