This beautiful 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa is located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan.

Completed in 2023, The Olive House sits in a commanding elevated position with breath taking, wide reaching views across Kalamar Bay to the islands.

The property is approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and a 10 minute downhill walk to the sea and the nearest beach clubs

THE OLIVE HOUSE

From the front gate, a flight of steps takes you up to a stunning and very private walled courtyard garden.

This spacious area offers a wonderful alfresco living space with a large bar, plenty of comfy seating and an alfresco kitchen, complete with a large stone BBQ.

The outside dining table, under a pergola for some shade, seats 12 comfortably and has amazing sea views. A table tennis is also available for more energetic afternoons!

Walking to the front of the Villa, you are met with breath taking sea views and a spacious pool deck to enjoy.

Outdoor speakers surround the Villa and can be controlled by any Bluetooth or Airplay device.

INSIDE THE OLIVE HOUSE

Enter the villa itself and the large, airy, open plan living, and fully equipped kitchen looks out over the pool and pool terrace to the gorgeous sea view beyond.

The Kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, dish washer, microwave, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The villa is well-stocked with glasses, crockery and utensils for large groups or families.

A comfortable corner sofa offers yet more outstanding views over the pool deck and sea views beyond. Complete with a 50” smart TV, sound bar and DVD player along with a selection of games – there is something for everyone.

All rooms in The Olive House are fully air-conditioned and have heated floors for the winter months.

THE POOL

The large private infinity pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days and has a shallow platform for sunbathing, and is ideal for young, supervised children.

There is also a spacious, separate jacuzzi from which to sit back and enjoy the views.

The large terrace offers a great choice of seating and sunbathing areas including two double day beds.

Three good sized umbrellas offer much needed shade on those hot summer days.

ACCOMODATION

On the living room floor of the house, there is a large luxury ensuite bedroom with doors opening onto the pool terrace.

This room is large enough to add an additional small bed for children, or travel cot.

On the first floor are three further luxury ensuite bedrooms, one large enough again to accommodate an additional small bed for children, or travel cot.

All bedrooms open onto the wrap around balcony and enjoy uninterrupted sea views.

A further flight of stairs takes you to the roof terrace suite complete with luxury ensuite bathroom, and a free standing bathtub with uninterrupted sea views. There is a a large roof top terrace with comfy seating.

The 6th spacious bedroom enjoys a private and separate entrance from the main house, has a luxury ensuite bathroom and large balcony with partial sea views. This room is also large enough to add an additional small bed for children, or travel cot. This room can also be set up as twin beds.

All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The outside Bar is a useful addition for entertaining in the beautiful walled courtyard garden.

Ideal for a cool glass of something nice after a hot sunny day! Behind the Bar, is a useful Utility that contains a large ice maker, fridge, sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Next to the stone BBQ, is an alfresco kitchen complete with an additional wine fridge.

Included with your stay is luxurious towels, including large pool towels, all bed linen and a full weekly clean for those staying for more than one week.

Our villa representative will welcome you on your first day, and is on hand for anything you require during your stay. Welcome hampers, as well as drinks and meze boxes ready on your arrival can also be arranged for an additional fee.
